We recognise respecting the values, cultures and traditions of First Nations peoples is essential to building trust and achieving positive outcomes for First Nations peoples living in SA. We acknowledge past injustices and are working to deliver justice systems that are fair and equitable. Cultural awareness training is promoted to all our staff and we support programs to prevent racism and discrimination against our staff and in the community. Our RAP aims to embed reconciliation into our core business and to ensure our services are inclusive and culturally appropriate.
