Complaints about the Lobbyists Register or administration of the Lobbyists Register can help us improve the way we work. They can also ensure our services benefit our community and are as efficient as possible.
Complaints can be made by completing the secure complaint form on SA.GOV.AU to ensure any personal information you share is protected.
Corruption, misconduct and maladministration
There are clear pathways to report suspected wrongdoing in public administration, including regarding the lobbyist register or lobbying conduct.
You should make a complaint if you think that someone has broken the law or has acted in a way that is seriously inappropriate or negligent relating to the administration of the lobbyist register or about lobbying conduct. The Office for Public Integrity gives clear instructions for the steps you need to take.
Public officers must comply with the reporting directions from OPI.
Anyone can report suspected corruption, misconduct or maladministration. This is called a public interest disclosure (PID).
