Our refreshed Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2026–2030 sets out the actions and initiatives we are taking to ensure our organisation is inclusive, accessible, and effectively supports our employees and South Australians with disability when they engage with our services.
Building on our first Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020-2024 , it details how we will continue and strengthen our efforts to promote disability access and inclusion, and to safeguard rights and ensure equity of access to our services.
Our refreshed DAIP operates alongside the State Disability Inclusion Plan 2025-2029 and the South Australian Autism Strategy.

Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020–2024
Our previous Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020-2024 outlined our commitment to supporting people living with disability. It was revised and updated in 2023 to align with the refreshed State Disability Inclusion Plan.
